a. Link-in-Bio Page Data: When you create a public landing page, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, bio, email, image URL, and the links you add. This data is stored in our secure Firebase Firestore database to make your page publicly available.

b. AI Tool Inputs: When you use our AI tools (e.g., Blog Writer, Logo Maker, Product Analyzer), you provide us with inputs such as topics, keywords, product descriptions, or other text prompts ("Inputs").

c. Anonymous User Data: We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous user ID to securely associate your created assets with you, so you can edit them later. We do not require a traditional account or password.

2. How We Use Your Information

a. To Provide the Service: We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the Service. The data you provide for your public landing page will be publicly accessible to anyone who has your unique URL.

b. To Power AI Tools: Your Inputs are sent to third-party AI service providers (such as Google via the Genkit framework) to generate the requested output (e.g., a blog post, an image, or an analysis). We do not store your AI Inputs or the resulting outputs on our servers after the generation is complete, except for assets saved to your Link-in-Bio page (like a generated logo).

c. Communication: If you provide your email address, we use it solely to send you a secure link to edit your page. We will not use it for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as AI model providers (Google AI) and email delivery services (SendGrid). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Public Profile Data: Your public landing page data is, by its nature, public and can be viewed by anyone with the link.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
